The upscale Royale Towers, which was built in 1980, provides residents with private beach access; tennis, bocce, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts; and a private pool. Residents have access to car wash stations and a clubhouse for events.
Units at the Royale Towers come in three different floor plans. The Sand Pebble floor plan features 650 sq. ft. of living space including the balcony with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The Sea Oats floor plan has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1,418 sq. ft. of living space (including balcony).
